Today on Culture Clique, its part 2 of the Bunnel House, and we take you back the 1850's as we visit one of Winona's historical places, the Bunnel House. Constructed of north white pine, the Bunnel House is an outstanding example of rural gothic architecture. The homeowner, Willard Bunnel, was granted permission to build his home on Dakota land at what is now, Homer Minnesota. Mr. Bunnel was a trapper, fur-trader, and a strong wielded man. As history reveals itself, we learn the truth of Mr. Bunnel, his family, and what makes this house so unique.
